Cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel any order made online, via email, using our order form, completing our online form, by voice or smartphone application. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been made and you do not have to give us any reason for your cancellation. However if you cancelled during the work a fee would be charge to you proportionate to the length of time we work on your project. Your right to cancellation is legally lost when we finished a project and deployed it to you (website design, revamp, update)

 

Deposit

We will kindly refund the full deposit amount within the first 48 hours - if work has not begun. If work has begun on your project, refunds are not available.

Please Note: Refunds are only available within the first 48 hours (2 Business Days) after we receive your signed contract and deposit payment.

Accessibility

 

The Layout and Navigation of our site have contextual and anchor links to helps you navigate easily between the pages. We also added colour buttons which also helps you to access more information easily, make an online payment or claim a prize and chat with us using our online chat. Our links are pink, light green or purple colour without underline.

 

Our contact number is visible on every page and our email can be found on our contact page also on our home page. We have a clean and easy landing page which give you direct access to our main pages via a purple button.

 

Our About Us page can be found easily it is a purple link called About Us inserted into the small text on the top right-hand side of our homepage it's all about you.

 

You can access subpages easily located under our horizontal menu by placing your mouse over the menu the drop-down menu will be visible just move the mouse downward to select the link you want and you will be directed to the relevant page selected. You can access ghost page by clinking on pink contextual link within the text.

 

Further text links can be found in the footer and links to our testimonial page are under our bar More Reason To Book With Us which has 4 pictures explaining briefly, our services and if you click on a picture you access our the relevant of the service offer which can also be accessed via our Horizontal menu subpage too. The Galleries on our site have a show more link text to view more items and if you click on each item you can view larger and navigate through the gallery items use the side arrows on the right and left-hand-side of the galleries.

 

A next and previous page link is placed on every page at the top of the page on the left-hand-side of the page and you have a responsive back to top button which will only appear when you have scroll down 1/3 of the page and to go back to the top of the page, just click the arrows and you will be directed to the top of the page.
