Do you know if Links are good or bad for you?
Everywhere you go on the internet and look up internet pages, websites, blogs, forums etc. There are links, after all, you would not be able to navigate the web without them you be stuck on one page with the use of the back arrow of your browser to get out or the cross on the tab to exit, that's if you're using Chrome, Bing, Firefox, and Opera.
Another thing did you know! Google is penalising bad links which means your website may not feature in their directory or be picked up by crawlers or search engines even if you have the best SEO optimisation and best keyword that does not guarantee ranking right to the first spot.
Yes, nothing lasts forever in the older days we could get away with bad links but with the constant change in Google's algorithm and the introduction of penalties one might be careful how they link their pages or anchor themselves because the leaches will penalise such as the Penguin website a good example of bad link.
In a blog post for example it's best to have minimum links and contextual links which flow with the text but bring your reader to the desired page or product you want them to read, comment on or sell.
